We were approached by TCAM Asset Management to showcase the enhanced employee benefits resulting from the creation of a new brand.

It was important to TCAM to differentiate this new brand from the old company and present their employee benefits in a clear and fresh manner.

Our Solution

To ensure that employees were exposed to the new brand we developed a bespoke Benefit Hub for hosting and communicating their benefits package.  This provided TCAM employees with an easy to use portal that would expose them to the new brand while educating them about their enhanced benefits.

Benefit Hub provides the following key functionality as standard:

Employees have access 24/7 through desktop and mobile devices

Employee specific Total Reward Statements and Employee Value Summaries

Staff policies, benefit descriptions and forms are hosted with intuitive navigation

FAQs and contact details are provided to reduce administrative contact

All content can be translated into over 100 languages

Results Achieved

Incorporating Benefit Hub into TCAM’s business has provided them with another channel to increase brand awareness with their employees.  It has also given them a flexible system that can adapt to changes to their benefits package.  TCAM will benefit from all future developments to the software.
